Rates
True Care’s services are available both as an hourly rate, or as part of a package.

All pricing is CAD, Please add HST to all prices.

Our preferred method of payment is email money transfer. We also accept cheque, cash, and credit card payments.

There is a two hour minimum for onsite services

Thereafter, we bill in 15 minute increments

Charges are incurred from the time we arrive onsite, to the end of the scheduled service

Mileage for offsite activities will be billed at the rate of $0.50 per km

Pricing is based on a comprehensive personalized solution for you and your loved ones:

typical price ranges between $20 - $60 / hour (billed upon completion of service)
Policies

True Care’s standard hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Requests outside of normal hours will be considered and provided if possible

Last minute requests (within 12 hours) will be considered and provided if possible

Services outside of normal hours or last minute requests will be billed at a premium rate
-
Services cancelled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be subject to a one hour fee

Our rates reflect the charges for services provided by our company only and do not include any additional costs for products, materials, or the fees and services rendered by any third party service providers

Any external or additional expenses incurred such as groceries are payable in advance

We will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased in good faith

All virtual or out of office services charged in 15 minute increments

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

Any quoted prices (without written agreements) are valid for 30 days

Any additional fees will be discussed with and agreed upon by the client in advance

True Care reserves the right to refuse any business that we decide as inappropriate for our company

True Care is covered by commercial general business liability insurance and all employees are bonded.
Client Privacy
We will only collect personal information to deliver our professional services and we will not share, sell or trade any personal information with any third party. The only exception would be if expressly consented for the purpose of providing a preferred service provider information to carry out services for you.​​
